What I enjoy most about the search industry?

“It’s all about relationships. I love the challenge of understanding what truly drives a candidate and what a client organization really needs, then using my network and instincts to bring the two together. Focusing on consulting and financial services keeps me close to the people and firms shaping those industries, and there’s nothing more satisfying than making a great match.”

When I am not working what do I do?

“When I’m not working, I’m an avid sports fan who loves catching a Ravens or Orioles game whenever I can. I also enjoy reading, spending time at the beach, watching movies, attending concerts, traveling, and staying up to date on the latest news. But most importantly, I’m the proud father of two teenagers and four dogs, who keep me plenty busy outside the office!”
