What I enjoy most about the search industry?

“It’s an opportunity to continually learn about new organizations and the wide variety of positions within them. Because Columbia Consulting Group is a generalist firm, I am also exposed to many different industries, which keeps the work interesting and allows me to expand my knowledge every day.”

When I am not working what do I do?

“When I am not working, I dedicate much of my time to Operation Second Stride, the nonprofit I founded to provide equine-assisted services for first responders. I also enjoy spending time with my grandchildren, riding and training horses, playing golf with my family whenever I can, and traveling abroad for horseback-riding excursions.”
