We find exceptional leaders who are in tune with our client\u2019s markets and culture. There are excellent candidates across the world, but in this complex environment, only a few will truly be the right \u201cfit\u201d for the strategic direction of our clients.<\/p>\n<p>Every time our consultants take on a search assignment, we are making a commitment to be available &#8211; in terms of both intellectual engagement and time.\u00a0 We provide an honest assessment of the talent and the client\u2019s marketplace.\u00a0 And, no matter how challenging the assignment, we will deliver the results we have promised, staying with the project until it is <i>completed<\/i>.<\/p>\n<p>Below are some helpful resources for executing a search:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a title=\"Search Methodology\" href=\"https:\/\/www.ccgsearch.com\/?page_id=467\">Our Search Methodology<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><a title=\"Our Search Process &amp; Schedule\" href=\"https:\/\/www.ccgsearch.com\/?page_id=468\">Our Search Process &amp; Schedule<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>OUR RECRUITMENT SOLUTIONS<\/h3>\n<p>Our Recruitment Solutions have changed in recent years due to the demands of our clients and the economic business environment. Through two separate companies, we offer the following services.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Columbia Consulting Group -Retained Executive Search<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This is traditional retained search, with a fee of 30% of the first year\u2019s projected total cash compensation, plus an administration fee and travel related expenses. There is a one-year replacement guarantee for any candidate hired through our assistance, with only expenses and any incremental fee due for replacement. There is also a two-year off-limits policy.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Columbia <em>Select<\/em> &#8211; Success Fee Recruitment<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Similar to the retained search process, as it is exclusive; however, we do not travel to interview the candidates in person and we agree with the client to spend a predetermined amount of time on the project, with some flexibility. We typically charge 25% of first year\u2019s projected cash compensation and provide a six-month replacement guarantee. For more information, please <a href=\"https:\/\/www.columbiaselectsearch.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">click here<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Contract Recruitment Program<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>Multiple assignments \u2013 reduced fee and one monthly retainer for multiple assignments<\/em> &#8211; When the client has specific search assignments (either all at once or over the course of a year), we will work on all assignments at the same time, while charging an agreed monthly retainer, with an administration fee, plus the expenses associated with travelling to interview candidates. We share the risk with our client in the interest of establishing or maintaining an ongoing relationship. There is a one-year guarantee on the individual hired. The contract period can vary but tends to last three to twelve months. As the assignments are completed, we would settle-up quarterly, and continue working on assignments until all financial obligations are fully met. We stay with the project until completed. If the client hires an internal candidate or internal referral, there is no additional fee due to us. For more details, please <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ccgsearch.com\/?page_id=1349\" target=\"_self\" rel=\"noopener\">click here<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Columbia <em>Interim<\/em> &#8211; Interim Management Recruitment<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Columbia <em>Interim<\/em> &#8211; Interim Management Recruitment For those situations where the client has a specific temporary recruitment need, we charge a $10,000 retainer to work on the project (which is applied to any total fee due) until a suitable candidate is recruited to meet the client\u2019s need. After the interim candidate starts, we charge 25% of candidate\u2019s monthly salary, handling everything on a 1099 basis with the candidates. For an overview of the service and the terms of business please <a title=\"Market Mapping\" href=\"https:\/\/www.ccgsearch.com\/?page_id=499\">click here.<\/a><\/p>\n<p><b>Onboarding Services<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Because ultimately our goal is to further our clients\u2019 business objectives through talent, we are vested in the new executive\u2019s successful transition after hire.\u00a0 To that end, we offer Onboarding Services on all of our active searches at no charge, for the purpose of accommodating, assimilating and accelerating a new team member within the organization. When not conducting a search, we offer fee-based Onboarding Services<b> <\/b>to our clients who are adding a new executive to the team or promoting an internal candidate.
