Jan brings over 20 years of corporate and senior-level management, consulting and executive search experience to Columbia Consulting Group. Prior to her search career, she was a senior executive within two global healthcare systems, Hospital Corporation of America (HCA) and Tenet Healthcare Corporation. She has also served as a senior marketing executive in two state health systems as well as a Managing Principle in a national advertising and public relations firm. Jan manages a search practice that includes all facets of the healthcare and life sciences sectors, insurance and risk management arenas as well as professional services. During her previous association as a Senior Consultant with a global executive search firm, Jan conducted senior-level search assignments on behalf of Fortune 500 companies, startup organizations, non-profit agencies, associations and privately owned firms. She led two of the five practice areas within the firm. Jan received her B.A. degree in Education from the Pennsylvania State University complimented by graduate work at Penn State University and Northwestern University.
