Larry has been in the executive search field for over twenty-five years. Prior to joining Columbia Consulting Group, he was a partner at Norman Broadbent International. He was previously a co-founder of Higdon, Joys, & Mingle, a New York- based recruiting firm. Earlier, he was a Managing Director at Russell Reynolds Associates, Inc. Larry has undertaken search assignments in all facets of the financial services sector. His clients have included commercial and merchant banks, thrift institutions, investment banks, insurance companies, and investment management firms. In addition to this industry focus, he has successfully managed searches in other sectors including technology, industrial products, pharmaceuticals, and professional services. Functionally, Larry has recruited senior-level executives in line management, sales and marketing, financial management, and various staff functions, including human resources, administration, and legal. Before his career in executive search he served in line lending roles at Manufacturers Hanover Trust Company and General Electric Credit Corporation. Larry received a B.A. degree from Colgate University.
