Julie brings diversity of search experience and in-depth industry knowledge to her clients in a variety of industries, including financial services, healthcare, manufacturing, advertising, and
nonprofit, plus a number of entrepreneurial start-ups. She joined CCG in 1996, bringing more than 20 years of senior marketing and management expertise from careers in advertising, publishing, and non-profit organizations. Prior to her search career, she was a Senior Vice President in two major advertising agencies, Eisner Communications (Baltimore, MD) and Doner (Detroit, MI). She also served for 15 years in top fundraising and marketing roles for a major metropolitan United Way, the last five as Deputy Director. An avid civic leader, Julie serves on a variety of corporate and community boards, including the Baltimore Symphony Orchestra, the Maryland SPCA, the United Way, Baltimore Reads, and YMCA. She was named one of Maryland’s “Top 100 Women” by The Daily Record newspaper three of the past six years. Julie graduated with a B.A. degree in Journalism & Marketing from Marshall University.
