Tom has spent the past decade in executive search, conducting senior search assignments in the financial services, health care, insurance, and manufacturing industries. He has conducted assignments in a wide array of functions including: finance, marketing, sales, technology, operations, and claims administration. Prior to his career in executive search, Tom worked for 15 years in the managed health care field. He spent seven of those years with a major insurance carrier prior to moving to the third party administration sector. During this period, he held several senior management positions including Vice President of Operations. Tom is a graduate of Fairleigh Dickinson University.
