Nina R. Leighton – Nina, a Principal with Columbia Consulting Group has 20 years of executive search experience.  As a generalist, she has conducted searches in most industries and functional areas, having previously been with both major and boutique retainer based executive search firms. Clients have ranged from Fortune 500 companies to entrepreneurial start-ups.  Prior to entering executive search, Nina was a Corporate Immigration Specialist with the leading immigration law firm in the U.S.  Nina received a B.A. in Urban Affairs from Connecticut College.
