Matt brings strong financial services and insurance focused executive search consulting experience to Columbia Consulting Group.  He rejoins our firm having spent the past decade managing Kostmayer Associates, a three-generation old boutique firm specializing in the insurance, annuity, asset management, and retirement sectors of the financial services industry.  His assignments include the recruitment of distribution executive talent (wholesaler, field sales management and support, national accounts, marketing), as well as, back-office (compliance, controlling) and staff (legal, finance, human resources).  In his previous role with CCG, Matt conducted research and consulting assignments in the financial services, health care, and manufacturing industries.   Matt is a graduate of the University of Maryland, where he served as a legal intern for a Maryland law firm and as a Congressional intern in Washington, D.C.  He also obtained his NASD Series 6 license, in addition to Life, Accident, and Health Insurance licenses.
