Don brings to Columbia Consulting Group over 25 years of experience as a financial and operations executive in the professional services industry. Prior to entering the search field as a consultant, he held several senior executive positions including Chief Financial Officer of one of the largest executive search firms in the world and President/COO of an entrepreneurial boutique executive search firm. Prior roles include Asia Pacific CFO and Worldwide VP Finance for a subsidiary of one of the largest advertising and communications firms in the world, and experienced audit manager for one of the premier auditing firms. Don has conducted numerous senior financial, marketing and general management assignments in the health care, life sciences, financial services, professional services and manufacturing sectors. Don holds a B.S. in Accounting from The State University of New York at Albany where he graduated with honors.
