Cynthia joined Columbia Consulting Group in 1995, bringing over six years of progressive business experience. Cynthia has a strong sales background and has worked in the financial services, advertising and consulting industries. She was previously involved in the corporate recruitment of management consultants, and later went on to consult to the health care industry. Cynthia has conducted executive search assignments in marketing, health care, human resources, transportation, consulting, manufacturing and insurance. Cynthia is a graduate of Denison University and is pursuing an M.B.A. with the University of Baltimore.
